If the Goods are different from what you ordered, Momioo Shop will exchange them or refund your money if the Goods that you ordered are out of stock. If this is the case, the shipping cost of return Goods will be subjected to Momioo Shop.
Please submit your Return Claim with photos and videos and send to customercare@momiooshop.com or WhatApp/Line/Telegram within less than 1x24 hours of the received date.
Momioo Shop will not process your Return Claim if you submit your Return Claim more than 1x24hours after the received date.
Every baby carrier you purchase has distributor warranty (buckles and spare parts only), limited for 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1x24 hours received, 1 year of distributor warranty will be applied, you cannot ask for Return Claim but you still can submit your claim for repairing.
Momioo Shop will not process your Return Claim if the Goods is damaged or lost by the shipping company.
Momioo Shop will reject the Return Goods if seal/packaging box is broken or unsealed well or has been unsealed.
