Return Policy

1.    If the Goods are different  from what you ordered, Momioo Shop will exchange them or refund your money if the Goods that you ordered are out of stock.  If this is the case, the shipping cost of return Goods will be subjected to Momioo Shop.

2.    Please submit your return claim with photos and send to Momioo Shop email or Returns Form within less than 1x24hours of the received date.

3.    Momioo Shop will not process your Return Claim if you submit your claim more than 1x24hours after the received date.

4.    Momioo Shop will not process your Return Claim if the Goods is damaged or lost by the shipping company.

5.    Momioo Shop will reject the Return Goods  if  seal is broken or unsealed well or has been unsealed.
